Request Deletion of Your Data

At RyzUp, we respect your right to privacy and data control. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, we make this process straightforward and transparent.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove the following information:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photos)
  • All workout data, training sessions, and progress records
  • Messages and communication history
  • Payment information (where applicable)
  • Device and usage data associated with your account
  • Any other personal data linked to your account

How to Request Data Deletion

Step 1: Send an Email

Send an email to office@ryzup.me from the email address associated with your RyzUp account.

Step 2: Include Required Information

Your email should include:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your full name as registered on RyzUp
  • Your email address (must match your account email)
  • Brief statement: "I request the deletion of all my data from RyzUp"

What Happens Next?

We will verify your identity by confirming that the email you sent matches your account email.

You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours acknowledging your deletion request.

Deletion

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.

Final Notification

Once the deletion is complete, you will receive a final email confirming that all your data has been removed from our systems.

Important Notes

  • Irreversible Action: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have downloaded any information you wish to keep before making this request.
  • Legal Retention: In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for legal, regulatory, or security purposes. We will inform you if this applies to your account.
  • Third-Party Services: If you have connected third-party services to your account, you may need to disconnect them separately.
  • Active Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting data deletion to avoid any billing issues.

Alternative: In-App Deletion

You can also delete your account directly from the RyzUp mobile app:

  1. Open the RyzUp app and log in to your account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion
